To make home building fun, affordable and easy. To bring high quality living that is designed, constructed, priced, sold and maintained, with the home buyer’s needs and wants in mind. Every step of the way we want to make the home building experience one of excitement and ease for every buyer we serve. The buyer should leave feeling that their needs, wants and concerns were addressed, eased and exceeded. 

How to Accomplish This

  • Approaching every situation with a “how would I like a company to  handle this for me?” mentality
  • Always having the buyer’s best interests in mind
  • Be buyer driven, not profit driven
  • If we see a problem, fix it. There is no “that’s not my job” mentality.
  • Be friendly, respectful, and courteous always. To each other. To sub-  contractors. To suppliers. Most importantly – to buyers.
  • DO NOT CUT CORNERS! Be willing to take a little extra time to do it right. If you don’t know how, find someone who does. It is easier to do it right the first time, than to try to fix it later.
  • Every employee should be knowledgeable about the whole building process, not just his/her job.
  • If we don’t know the answer, we find it. Never leave a buyer feeling like they are being pushed aside.
  • Understanding that this is probably the most stressful commitment a person will make in their lifetime. It is OUR job to help ease that stress.
  • Always following up! Don’t expect just because we told someone to do it, that it was done or done right.
  • Be thorough and meticulous in our inspections.
